A to Z Project Billing is a Time Keeping and Invoicing system. It features:
Time Keeping at a Client (Customer) level or, optionally at a Client / Project (Job) level.
Time Keeping for your staff.
Tracking of expenses and purchases incurred on behalf of your clients.
Client and Client/Project (Job) Invoicing. Including multiple Projects (Jobs) on one invoice.
Multiple Language Invoices. The invoices can now be printed in English, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. Or you can customize the Invoice to use your language.
Multiple views of your information. You can select the "Dashboard" you are most confortable with. Most will use the Time Keeping "Dashboard", but you can easily switch to the Invoicing "Dashboard" when you need to view Invoices or to create Invoices.
